What You Should Know Before your First Visit

Please complete all new patient forms before you arrive to expedite the check in process. We encourage all patients to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their appointment. All children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If you have recent x-rays from another dentist available, please bring them with you.

After your initial consultation and evaluation, we may recommend an at-home sleep apnea test with Watermark ARES™ to determine whether you have symptoms of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). We specialize in the treatment of sleep apnea for patients of all ages and may recommend an oral appliance or other treatments such as CPAP therapy. Our sleep apnea dentist has years of experience working with patients suffering from sleep problems and can help to restore healthy breathing patterns.
